Events Diary

Our events are for people who:

have or had an alcohol problem,
wish to engage in healthy and leisurely activities in preference to resuming their previous lifestyle.
It provides an opportunity for members to meet and socialise within a range of social settings that are based around activities which are in themselves healthy, educational and constructive.

A major activity of the group is membership at the Beach Leisure Centre where passes are available for only £1 for 2 visits. These can be used to work out at the gym, or relax in the sauna or steam room. Members can go alone or be accompanied if they wish.

Massage with Rae

Rae has been qualified for many years in remedial massage, aromatherapy and swedish massage . She brings her own oils and music; focuses on any injuries, aches or pains; and offers advice on relaxation techniques etc. She's also a qualified nurse and specialised alcohol counsellor !!

30 minute slots available from 6.00pm - 9.00 pm
