AFS Alcohol Support Online

AFS Alcohol Support Online is a new pilot project between the national alcohol charity Alcohol Focus Scotland and Alcohol Support Ltd, Aberdeen.

	Are you concerned about your own drinking or someone else's drinking but don't feel ready to get in touch with an alcohol agency.
	Do you live in a rural area or just can't find the time to travel to a support service?
	Do you live within the Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire areas?

If so, our new online support service could be for you.

	You can exchange messages (using a confidential message box) with a trained alcohol Counsellor.
	The service is free and completely confidential.
	It is open to those over the age of 18.
