Our staff and volunteers undergo continuous professional development.

In addition to our staff and volunteers gaining the opportunities to continually develop their skills through training opportunity, we also:

• work closely with local universities fostering good working relationships with Practice Teachers.

• have had a number of second placement social work students who contribute to the agency with their new ideas that enhance practices.

• have had a number of pupils from schools on placements.
