Alcohol Support Ltd provides choice and a range of support services for anyone with an alcohol problem and those affected by someone else's alcohol problem in Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.

We have organised a number of events throughout the area where we support clients, Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire, and will be joining forces with representatives from NHS Grampian, JADAT, ADAT, Grampian Police, Aberdeenshire Council and Aberdeen City Council. 

The focus of the week will be:

• To get the public to talk about what a unit of alcohol is.

• help people improve their understanding of their own drinking habits enabling them to make informed decisions about responsible drinking.

• Try out the beer goggles which demonstrate the effect excessive alcohol can have on co-ordination.

• Learn how to calculate your units

• Get tips for health drinking
